Manirathinam is ready with the scripts for his next movie which will be produced by him but directed by his close friend Siva.

Manirathinam is busy getting ready with Kalki's Ponniyin Selvan, but is now planning to make a movie in the mean time.
His new project with Siva will be made with Kerala backgrounds.  This story also has historic background and is about 15th centuary.
